Όπως ανακοινώθηκε κι επίσημα από τον ΕΣΑΚΕ η ΑΕΚ κι ο ΠΑΟΚ θα εκπροσωπήσουν την Ελλάδα στο ULEB Cup της ερχόμενης περιόδου, καθώς ο Πανελλήνιος και το Μαρούσι αποσύρθηκαν από το δικό τους δικαίωμα.

Για τη δεδομενη ΑΕΚ, μια χαρα της ειναι το ουλεμπ καπ.

Σαν δωρο εξ'ουρανου μοιαζει την δεδομενη στιγμη η ευρωπαικη συμμετοχη
για την ΑΕΚ.Το θεμα ειναι τι γινεται με τον Φιλιππου...?

Απο την αλλη η Uleb ειναι τρομερα ενοχλημενη που για δευτερη συνεχομενη
χρονια συμβαινουν τα ιδια με τις ομαδες απο Ελλαδα στο Uleb Cup.

Και οπως λεγεται αυξηση ομαδων δεν προκειται να δουμε σε καμια διοργανωση.
Λενε οτι μπορει να υπαρξει και μειωση στο Uleb Cup....

Το Μαρουσι και ο Πανελληνιος μας επρηξαν με ανακοινωσεις για την Ευρωλιγκα
και τωρα δεν τους κανει ουτε το Uleb Cup....

Έτσι ακριβώς είναι τα πράγματα..Στο τέλος θα μας κόψουν εντελώς τις ομάδες γιατί δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε συνέχεια το ίδιο.

Όσο για Μαρούσι και Πανελλήνιο πραγματικά δεν το καταλαβαίνω αυτό..Ολόκληρη ιστορία και τελικά τίποτα..Ο ένας δεν ξέρω γιατί (Μαρούσι) και ο άλλος γιατί είναι μεγάλο βήμα λέει...Τί να πω!!

Δηλαδη οι ομαδες αυτες δεν αντεχουν το ULEB cup αλλα θα αντεχαν την Ευρωλιγκα?

Πολυ κακο για το τιποτα. Τσαμπα τα λεγαμε κι εμεις εδω...
Μπορει αυτο που λεω (και που ελεγα) να μην αρεσει σε καποιους αλλα θα το ξαναπω: Ευτυχως που βγηκε ο Αρης στην Ευρωλιγκα! Ποιος ξερει τι μας περιμενε αν εβγαινε το Μαρουσι.

Η ΑΕΚ ετσι πως παει θα παλευει να σωθει του χρονου. Μονο σοφη δεν ειναι η κινηση να δεχτει να παιξει στο ULEB cup.
Ο ΠΑΟΚ αν συμμαζευτει ισως κανει κατι. Αλλα και αυτος εχει προβληματα...

Νομίζω ξεφύγαμε λίγο από το topic...Η ΑΕΚ στο ULEB CUP είμαστε....

Δύσκολα τα πράγματα για την ΑΕΚ.Τουλάχιστον έστσι φαίνεται μέχρι στιγμής..Το ULEB CUP δεν είναι εύκολη διοργάνωση..

Ας μην ξεχνάμε πέρσι τις ομάδες που έπαιζαν αλλά και φέτος ποιες θα παίξουν..Μερικές είναι η Λιέτουβος Ρίτας,η Ρεάλ,η Σιέννα και γενικά ομάδες που προηγουμένος αγωνίζονταν στην Ευρωλίγκα..Δεν θα είναι καθόλου εύκολα τα πράγματα..

Μακάρι να το παλέψουν ώστε να φύγουν (αν φύγουν) με ψηλά το κεφάλι..

θα έβαζε από τα κέρδη της ομάδας...
Η ΚΑΕ Μαρούσι θα έπρεπε να εχει διαλυθεί εδώ και χρόνια, αφού τα συσσωρευμένα χρέη της είναι υπερπολλαπλάσια του ΜΚ...

H συμμετοχή στο Ούλεμπ Καπ, έκανε μονόδρομο την παρουσία στο ΟΑΚΑ που οριστικοποιήθηκε και με τις δηλώσεις Ορφανού στην κλήρωση.

he 24 ULEB Cup 2006-07 Regular Season teams, divided into four groups of six teams, are represented in the table below:

The four above mentioned groups have been determined using the same criteria as in the ULEB Cup Season 2005-06: sports ranking and geographical representation.

The procedure for the draw will be the same as in past seasons. The draw will be used to place the teams from those leagues/countries with more than one representative in their appropriate places:

The procedure will be as follows:

# Teams that are the only representatives from their league/country will be placed in their corresponding position in the groups table (seen in red in the table above).
# There will be eight (8) urns, each representing a league/country with more than one representative.
# When drawing a league/country, all the teams from this league/country will be drawn and placed in the groups before moving onto the next league/country.
# The teams as they are drawn will be placed in the table in their appropriate slot following the order from top to bottom and from left to right, Groups A-B-C-D.
# The leagues/countries will draw in descending and alphabetical order of greatest number of representatives to least.
# The order in which the teams will be drawn will be the following:
- Adriatic League
- Belgium
- France
- Germany
- Greece
- Italy
- Russia
- Spain



CALENDAR DRAW PROCEDURE

A. The calendar draw will establish the match-ups for the entire Regular Season calendar. The draw will determine the calendar by allocating the numbers from 1 to 6 and assigning them to the teams of each group.

B. The games of the Regular Season will be held according to the following chart:

C. Restrictions for the Calendar Draw
# 1. Teams playing in the same city: Non-coincidence numbers will be allocated to teams that play in the same city so as to ensure that a ULEB Cup game is held in that city every week. This is only the case with, BC Crvena Zvezda and BC FMP, both from Belgrade.
# 2. Opening Game: In the case that an Opening Game is held, specific numbers will have to be assigned to the teams involved in this Opening Game.

D.- Procedure of the Calendar Draw
# 1. Before the draw starts, numbers must be assigned for the teams playing in the Opening Game.
# 2. There will be four draws, one per group.
# 3. The group with the greatest number of teams with restrictions will be drawn first, followed by the group with the next greatest number of restrictions, and continuing in that order until all groups have been drawn.
# 4. If there is more than one group with the same number of teams with restrictions, the groups will be drawn following the order A-B-C.
# 5. The numbers drawn will be allocated following the order as the teams appear in the group from top to bottom, with the team having a restriction drawing first. The non-coincidence number will then be automatically allocated to its incompatible counterpart in whatever group it may be in. Once the team with a restriction has been assigned a number, the remaining teams will draw following the order from top to bottom.
# 6. If a number drawn cannot be assigned to a team (because a non-coincidence number has already been assigned within the same group), a new number will be drawn.
# 7. When a group has no restrictions, the numbers drawn will be allocated from top to bottom.

Τον θεωρω απο τους πιο δυνατους ομιλους...

Δεν υπαρχουν μεγαθηρια(πλην της Λιετουβος),αλλα δεν υπαρχει και "σακος του μποξ" οπως στους αλλους

REACTIONS TO THE ULEB CUP DRAW

GROUP A

Gran Canaria Grupo Dunas head coach Salva Maldonado:
"I think we are a good, strong group which will make us give our maximum in order to advance. We will go against everyone with high ambitions. Three Group A teams played in the Euroleague last season and this is something to take into account, but I prefer a strong group, with strong opponents to compete against. Getting back to the ULEB Cup is a step forwards for Gran Canaria. This is the second-best European competicion, and that shows our club stays at a very good level. This is very demanding competition, especially for us, not only because of its strength, but also because of the long road trips from the Canary Islands. We are happy to be back."

Lietuvos Rytas head coach Sharon Drucker:
"First of all, the ULEB Cup is a very strong competition, you can see a lot of teams which could be playing the Euroleague. It is going to be a tough competition. Our group is full of very good teams, a lot of them belong to countries where basketball is important. It is going to be interesting, and this is one of the stronger groups, for sure, we will be able to see it as soon as the season starts. Lietuvos Rytas will be ready to fight in every game, we know this is will be a long journey but we have to go step by step, too. The ULEB Cup is a very special competition for me and the club. It is nice to see that Hapoel Jerusalem is in the competition, too. Like I said, there are a lot of teams with Euroleague level, so it will be a hard competition for everyone."

Brose Baskets head coach Dirk Bauermann:
"We are in a very strong group, and the ULEB Cup is a great competitions, you just have to look at the teams to see how strong all groups are. Our initial goal is getting to the next round. We know it is going to be difficult but we are going to try as hard as we can to achieve that goal. We think we are good enough to do that, but at the same time we know we have to go game by game to get to the next round. We hope to use our Euroleague experience from last season, and we signed players who have played top international basketball before such as K'Zell Wesson, who was playing the Euroleague last season with Strasbourg ot DeJuan Collins, who did it with Aris before. We tried to sign these players because we know how important experience can be for us."

Hemofarm director Marko Ivanovic:
"I can say that our group is the toughest one because all the teams are almost the same quality. All the teams in our group could be high placed at the end of phase one. Hemofarm's task is to reach the elimination rounds. That will not be easy task with younger team than last season and without foreigners, but we will try. Lietuvos Rytas is the best Lituanian team and ULEB Cup winner two years ago. Gran Canaria is playing in the best European domestic league, that is a team with seven foreigners. AEK is a Greek ex-champion with a much stronger team than before and with ten new faces. Nancy is one of the best in France for years and I don't believe anyone could book easy win there. Bamberg is also well known name in continental basketball competitions. I think that the last leg will decide the winners in our group. Hemofarm is the only team from Serbia that played two semifinals in last two years and our task is to play one more big season in the ULEB Cup."

AEK Athens head coach Vangelis Alexandris:
"In a such a tough competition you cannot have easy games. We don't know yet how the teams will appear, but it is enough time to get prepared and be ready for this challenge. We have also to fave the tiredness of the abroad trips and to combine the Greek League and the ULEB Cup, but this is something we have to live with. Anyway AEK has a great international tradition and our goal is to go as far as we can."
