* The registrations of teams from the ABA League will be considered complete only when the new ABA League including all participating teams submit the necessary documentation to ensure that it fulfills the criteria required of all domestic leagues including its relationship with ECA.
The first step of a new and exciting season will take place when Euroleague Basketball hosts draws for the 2015-16 Turkish Airlines Euroleague and Eurocup on Thursday, July 9 at the Mediapro Auditorium in Barcelona, Spain. For the 10th consecutive year, the draws may be watched live on Euroleague.net and will be broadcast live on TV in many countries.
The proceedings begin at 12 noon local time (CEST) with the 2015-16 Eurocup Draw, which will determine the six groups of six teams each that will participate in that competition's Regular Season. Following that, at approximately 13:00 the draw for the 2015-16 Turkish Airlines Euroleague will determine the four groups of six teams each that will compete in the Regular Season.
